The following information is applicable to those transferring from schools in United States of America (US), Canada (CA), New Zealand (NZ), United Kingdom (UK), European Union (EU) countries, Australia (AU).
Terms & Conditions
Completion of Part I(registration)does not guarantee admission to DES untill Part II(admission)is fulfilled.
Incomplete Admission Application or Admission Application not accompanied by proper documentation will not be accepted.
Original Transfer Certificate(TC) / School Leaving Certificate(SLC)must clearly indicate, in figures and words(NOT roman numerals),the grade level in which the applicant was studying and the grade level to which he/she has been promoted.
Admission process will not be complete until the necessary payments have been made.
Information furnished in the admission and registration from should exactly match as it is in the passport.
DES management reserves the right to accept or deny any admission with out any reason and all admissions to DES are subjected to approval by the Ministry of Education, UAE.
Application on UAE Visit/Transit Visa are not eligible for admission.
DES does not provide provision for photocopying under any circumstances. The parent/guardian should bring the necessary copies to complete the admission process.
Checklist
| Application | Submit your child’s completed Admission Application. This application is
included in the application package and is available at the Office of the Registrar. Complete and submit the Class Admittance Record included in the application package. |
| Transportation (if applicable) |
Submit the Transportation Registration Application if school transport is desired. This application is available at the Momentum office. |
| Medical | Submit the Immunization Record and Medical Screening Report (available at the Office of the Registrar) along with the original vaccination record and 1 photocopy of a valid Health Card. |
| Fees to be paid at the time of admission | Pay all applicable fees as directed by the Office of the Registrar. NOTE: All the above fees are to be paid at the Office of the Cashier. |
| Transcript | 2 photocopies of the official grade transcript (progress report) of the last examination passed at the previous institution attended. Transcript should include the school’s official seal and the signature of the designated school official. Original grade transcript (progress report) for verification. |
| Passport | 3 photocopies of the applicant’s passport with valid UAE Residence Visa page or valid Residence Entry Permit. |
| Photographs | 4 recent passport-size photographs [6x4cm] with the applicant’s full name written in block letters on the backside. 1 stamp-size photograph with the applicant’s full name written in block letters on the backside. |
