Guideline	Government-issued record of the candidate's birth. Attestation is not required due to place of birth.

Government-issued record of the candidate's birth. Must be attested by each of the following agencies: 1) Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the birth country or Embassy / Consulate General of birth country in the UAE 2) UAE Embassy in the birth country or the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE Caution: Failure to submit attested birth certificate within 30 days of enrollment will result in dismissal from Delta English School, without notice, and nonreimbursement of paid tuition and fees.
